What's included in every
light installation
Materials, licensed electricians & GTA travel — all included. No hidden fees. Pay only after you approve the display.
Same-day available
Licensed electricians inspect your electrical capacity, roof structure and landscaping layout. We measure circuit loads and assess safety hazards — ensuring a code-compliant display.
We present design sketches showing light placement and color schemes. You choose warm white, multicolor, or RGB systems. We finalize the layout before purchasing materials — no surprises.
CSA-certified ladders and lifts install commercial-grade LEDs with weatherproof clips — no nails or screws. We wrap trees with spiral technique and waterproof all connections with silicone seals.
We test every strand, check voltage drops, and verify GFCI outlets. Timers programmed (compatible with Alexa/Google Home) and loads balanced across circuits — with a wiring diagram for you.
We walk through at dusk so you see it illuminated. If spacing, brightness or design isn't perfect, we adjust on the spot. You don't pay until 100% satisfied.
Free mid-season repairs through January — burnt bulbs, wind damage, timer issues. In January, we carefully remove, label and optionally store your lights for next year.

FAQ
How much does Christmas light installation cost in Toronto?
Residential installations range from $400-$1,200 depending on property size and design complexity. A typical 2,500 sq ft home with roofline lighting + 2-3 wrapped trees averages $750. Commercial projects start at $1,500. We provide free on-site quotes—no obligation, no hidden fees. Final pricing includes installation, all materials (LED strands, clips, timers), mid-season maintenance, and January removal.
Do I need to buy the lights, or are they included?
We provide all materials: commercial-grade LED strands (CSA/UL certified), weatherproof extension cords, gutter clips, tree wrapping cables, and programmable timers. Our LEDs come with a seasonal warranty—if a strand fails during November-January, we replace it free. You're not renting lights—you own them after installation. We offer optional off-season storage ($50-$150) so you don't clutter your garage, and we'll reinstall them next year at reduced labor-only pricing.
How long does installation take?
Residential homes: 4-6 hours for standard roofline + tree package (completed in one day). Commercial buildings: 8-24 hours depending on height, square footage, and design complexity. We schedule installations Monday-Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM. If severe weather delays occur (heavy rain, ice, high winds), we’ll reschedule at no extra cost—your safety and our team’s safety come first.
What if lights stop working during the season?
All clients receive unlimited free mid-season service calls from November through January. If LED strands burn out, wires disconnect due to wind, or timers malfunction, we return within 48 hours to repair—no service charge, no trip fees. This is included in your installation fee. For non-clients needing emergency repairs on lights installed by other companies, we offer $75-$150 service calls (depending on issue complexity).
Will installation damage my roof, gutters, or trees?
No. We use specialized clips designed for gutters and shingles—they attach securely without nails, staples, screws, or adhesive that could void your roof warranty. For trees, we use soft rubber ties with spiral wrapping technique (prevents bark damage and allows for tree growth). We've completed 97+ installations with zero property damage claims in 3 years. Our $2M liability insurance covers accidental damage, but it's never been necessary.
Do you remove lights in January?
Yes, removal is included in your installation fee. We return in early-mid January (you choose the date—typically first 2 weeks of January), carefully dismantle all lights, inspect strands for damage, coil them properly to prevent tangling, and label each section by location (e.g., "Roofline - Front", "Maple Tree - Driveway Side").
